Rochester Community Inclusive Rowing is an organization fueled by volunteers. Not only do your volunteer efforts ensure that there will continue to be race venues in the Rochester area, but your efforts can also reward your rowing club, to help fund club activities and equipment. In general, RCiR has around 200 volunteer opportunities spread over four hour blocks at each of its events.
